Abstract:

The importance of the economic, ecological and social aspects, the growing number of the decisional processes in power systems field need adequate decisional models. Because the experts' opinions have the form of fuzzy logic, nowadays, decisional models based on fuzzy logic are used. In this paper, a selection methodology among fuzzy models is presented. Some references about this practical utility and for making a fuzzy logic reasoning are made, too. In the paper a fuzzy model is proposed for estimating the environmental impact of the overhead lines, model that considered the opinions of the experts expressed as fuzzy reasoning.
