The automated systems implementation with programmable controllersrepresents a modern solution, which confer a veryhigh flexibility on leading systems. Inthis paper itâs presented a solution to realize operations like packing, dosing and labelingof the short flour paste ware by an automated compact machine. This machine was createdso that assures the technologic operations in a continuous flow. The automation of themachine was realized with PS4 201 MM1 controller.The program for programmable controller was realized starting at Grafcet model of theprocess. That program was tested and simulated in laboratory.
