Abstract: | This study aims it’s to present the trend and the main characteristic of the foreign direct investments on the world level. The trend has been driven by interaction of technological change, corporate strategies and policy reforms in developing countries. These countries have used different policies and measures to attract the benefits from foreign direct investments. At this moment, at world level, the tendency of the foreign direct investments flow is to grow up. |
