Abstract: | The leading systems of the heating regimes on the industrial furnaces, that determines the efficiency on the furnaces working and the heat processing of the metal, pursue the following phases: the manual control, also the remote conducting of the execution device; the using of the automated systems for local control of temperature in working space; the control systems with the temperature adaptation of working space to the furnace productivity; the control systems with feed-back depending on the metal temperature. The main task for all control systems is to ensure the temperature gradient provided in metal, in working conditions provided by the technological parameters of the heating process. |
