Abstract:

Our current paper suggests a topic of present interest: online advertising. The Internet has lately become an indispensable, fast, interactive and, particularly largely accessible means of communication. The future of advertising depends to a great extent upon this medium of communication. Today, online advertising represents an increasing means of promotion on international and local markets. In Romania, several hundreds of online advertising campaigns take place annually. Therefore, we intend to present online advertising in Romania from the point of view of its necessity, but particularly from the point of view of the efficiency found within the Romanian business medium.
