Abstract:

The paper shows the importance that must be given to the drawing speed (vtr) and oscillation speed of the drawing die (vv), as parameters of technological optimation at the wires drawing in ultrasonic field with the u1traacoustic systems dimensioned in n./2, having the drawing die placed in the waves maximum of oscillation and parallel operated wiLh the drawing direction, because "the surface effect of ultrasonic" obtained on the basis of "the friction reversal mechanism" takes place only in the condition vtr/vv<l.
