Abstract:

In this paper was present the analysis concerning to economical development, activities which is pollution, producing offals and consume resource. The economic activity to the worldwide level increase to five and population to three, but the economic consumption in this period found 95 % on conventional resources, with an increase annual to over 20 %. For that reason the food industry development and the function of these in continuity condition suppose an ensuring rhythmic and constant with prime materials to come proceed from agriculture in proportion to over 90 %. The food industry, in comparative with another economical branch is difference from at deed with can directly action over factors of medium from food quality and indirect from pollutant substance result in the follow process to preparing of food.
