Abstract: | This paper is about the chemical recovery of lignocelluloses and industrial lignins. One goal is to evaluate the level of vegetal biomass formed by agricultural, forestry and pulping wastes, in our country and in the world. The vast potential of this kind of wastes as a major resource for development is not yet fully realized. The improved management of forests can increase the production of goods and services and, in particular, the yield of wood and non-wood forest products. Forest resources, being renewable, can be sustainably managed in a manner that is compatible with environmental conservation. |
