Abstract:

The research realized in the first stage of the included complex program of the theme regarding residual solutions that come from the slaughtering technological process showed the possibility of using lime and aluminium sulphate for the flocculation of the biodegrabile organic components. Lime and aluminium sulphate consumption depends on the concentration of the polluting components. For a steady residue the resulting efficiency was 75% at 100 Ă· 5 oC and 90% being organic substances.
