Abstract: | The specific impurities indicators of used water in slaughter are show thedegree of pollution with influence on environment.As the results of the research it was obtained dominant pollutions values for CCOCr andCBO5, in the condition of edible foundry, such as the addition of suspension matters. Thecontent of fats in this technological stage are growth, situated between 12,8 – 81 kg/t. |
