This article presents the results we have obtained regarding the continuous monitoring, for five months, of the ecological factors temperature and relative humidity at the surface of a thicket of calcareous origin, located in Ghimbav Mountain (Leaota Massif, Southern Carpathians). The results show that the variations of temperature, but also of the relative humidity depend on the period of the day, depend on the weather, but also on the location, on the position in the scree.
