Abstract: | In the last decades the miniaturizing technologies were developed in some industrial fields such: electronics, health, automotive industry, environment monitoring etc. The tendency to miniaturize the devices and apparatus has determined an increase of the demands for micro products. This demand come not only from customers but also it is needed for some technical application (sensors technology, equipment for medicine, optoelectronics equipment etc.). On the other hand the microforming of the outer superficial strata of different parts can improve the strength properties of these strata to different actions. The present paper reviews some application of the microforming and also investigate some specifically phenomena that occur during the microforming processes. |
