Abstract
The aim of this article is to presents the main aspects regarding the influence of the uncertainty and of irreversibility on the investments. This subject is important because in the nowadays, every investment decision must take account of this influence. Also, the article tries to presents some modalities in which is possible to evaluate the degree of the investment uncertainty and of the investment irreversibility.
