Abstract
One considers a Lagrangian nonholonomic mechanical system, whose the evolution equations are (1.7). One associates to system a canonical semispray on the phase space TM, which has the integral curves given by the evolution equations of . This paper presents h- and v- electromagnetics tensors and the exterior differential of 2-form.
