Abstract: | The experiments of irrigation with magnetic water were made in the Vegetable Research Station Bacau during 1990 - 1994. The use of magnetic water determined the increase of the harvest content in sodium with 8.30 mg/100 g (tomatoes) and vitamin C with 2.94 g/100 g (onions). The use of magnetic water determined the decrease of the harvest content in sugar with 2 mg/100 g (onions); vitamin C (pepper, tomatoes, carrots); mineral matter (pepper, onions, carrots); sodium (pepper, onions, carrots). |
