Abstract:

The interest of multiphoton microscopy (MPM) is now well established in life

sciences, especially thanks to its multispectral aspect. However, this property is limited by

commercial laser systems currently involved in MPM, presenting a short spectral

bandwidth. At best, four constituents can be imaged simultaneously. Here, we present an

original spectral filtering system coupled with a large bandwidth laser system. The

adaptation of this system to MPM in life sciences is demonstrated of target samples from

plant or animal origin.
