CARBOXYLATO ADDUCTS AND DERIVATIVES CONTAINING SnR3 (R = Ph, Me) AND SnMe2 RESIDUES: SYNTHESIS, INFRARED AND MÖSSBAUER STUDIES
SEYDOU BASSENE(1), MOUHAMADOU SEMBENE BOYE(*2), MAMADOU SIDIBE(1), LIBASSE DIOP(1)
Twelve new carboxylato adducts and derivatives containing SnR3 (R = Ph, Me) and SnMe2 residues have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, infrared and 119Sn-Mossbauer spectroscopies. The proposed structures are discrete or of infinite chain type, the carboxylate anion behaving as a bridging bidentate, a monodentate, a tetradentate or a monochelating ligand.

Stretch forming of sheet metal materials is a highly required process in aerospace industry for manufacturing skin parts. Automation of some processes such as cutting, punching, forming, shearing and nesting in conventional manufacturing tends to combine these forming methods. Some researches are made on the formability of sheet metal materials obtained in incremental forming process with stretch forming and water jet incremental micro-forming with supporting dies. This paper is an attempt to review the newly researches made on optimization of manufacturing metal skin parts to achieve geometrical accuracy.
MULTI-CRITERIA DECISION APPROACH WITH AHP AND IF-TOPSIS METHODS FOR R&D PROJECT SELECTION PROCESS
EZGİ GÜLER(1), SELEN AVCI(*2), ZERRİN ALADAĞ(2)
In this study, we examined the project selection process in a mould manufacturing company. We ranked 12 criteria via Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and evaluated the most important 8 criteria. Then we applied Intuitionistic Fuzzy TOPSIS (IF-TOPSIS) method, which is the extended version of the TOPSIS method in intuitionistic fuzzy environment. After expressing the decision makers' evaluations in linguistic terms, we turned them into intuitive fuzzy numbers. In the last step, we obtained the project rankings by calculating the closeness coefficient for 5 projects.
TRAJECTORY ERROR MINIMISATION METHOD DUE TO TRANSIENT REGIME VARIATION OF INDUSTRIAL ROBOTS KINEMATIC LINKS
ANDREI LUNCANU(*1), GHEORGHE STAN(1)
In the current industry, industrial robots are gaining more and more ground to classical positioning methods, especially due to the ratio of workspace / volume of the industrial robot. For this reason, methods of minimization of trajectory errors are necessary. Among the multitudes of factors that affect the trajectory precision is the difference between the programmed transient regime and the measured transient regime of the kinematic link used in the structure of the industrial robots. In this paper is presented the method of measurement the transient regimes of the end-effector and a method of compensation of the trajectory error.
A STUDY ABOUT THERMAL SIMULATION IN SOLIDWORKS IN THE CASE OF DIFFERENT GEOMETRY OF THE PROCESSED PIECES BY CUTTING
IONEL OLARU(*1), CIPRIAN OLARU(1)
In practice, different cutting processes are encountered, each process having different characteristics. Due to the existing friction forces between the workpiece and the cutting tool, a significant amount of heat is generated. This amount of heat can be determined by experimental measurements. This paper aims to study the way in which the temperature is propagated in the workpiece, so that the phenomenon can be understood and determined how this excessive heat can be removed from the cutting area.
ANOVA OPTIMIZATION OF DRILL BIT TEMPERATURE IN DRILLING OF PURE AND CARBON BLACK REINFORCED HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE
ALPER UYSAL (*1)
High density polyethylene materials have many application areas in automotive, aviation, electrical and electronic etc. industries. In some applications, their mechanical properties need to be improved. For this reason, some particles such as carbon black, graphite, carbon nanotubes, carbon fibers etc. were added to the polymer matrix. Although these types of material can be manufactured in near net shape, some machining operations such as drilling need to be performed. In this study, the drill bit temperatures in drilling of pure and carbon black reinforced high density polyethylene (HDPE) were optimized by using ANOVA (analysis of variance) statistical method.
