PROTECTION DEVICE FOR SMALL CONSUMERS

ACIU LIA ELENA, OGRUŢAN PETRE, IULIAN LUCIAN

In recent years, the most emphasis has been focused on the radiated thereat. Conducted disturbances should not be neglected also. Short-circuits and overvoltages have the most important effects in the field of conducted disturbances in the main electrical network. The paper describes the impact of electrical disturbances on power equipment and presents a protection device with a microcontroller. The device measures the main network voltage and the consumed current through the analog digital conversion channels and reduces the voltage in the case of overvoltage.

AUTOMATED SYSTEM REALISED WITH PS4 CONTROLLER FOR PACKING, DOSING AND LABELLING OF FLOUR PASTE WARE

CULEA GEORGE, ABABEI ŞTEFAN

The automated systems implementation with programmable controllersrepresents a modern solution, which confer a veryhigh flexibility on leading systems. Inthis paper it’s presented a solution to realize operations like packing, dosing and labelingof the short flour paste ware by an automated compact machine. This machine was createdso that assures the technologic operations in a continuous flow. The automation of themachine was realized with PS4 201 MM1 controller. The program for programmable controller was realized starting at Grafcet model of theprocess. That program was tested and simulated in laboratory.

AUTOMATION OF THE FLOUR PASTE WARE DOZING, PACKING AND LABELING OPERATIONS WITH TWIDO CONTROLLERS

CULEA GEORGE

This paper describe a solution to realize a short flour paste ware dosing, packing and labeling machine, automation through the agency of a Twido controller type. The eligible solution has a great flexibility offered by the modular controller TWDLMDA20DRT and a good compact. The realized system utilizes the facilities offered by this controller in plenty. The program for programmable controller was realized leaving from Grafcet model of the process. This program was tested utilizing ladder diagrams and simulate in laboratory with help of a simulating module.

POSSIBILITIES TO DEVELOP NEW MORE EFFICIENT ARCHITECTURES OF SUBSTATION AUTOMATION AND PROTECTION SYSTEMS

CURK JURIJ

In the last 20 years, the development of numerical power system protection and control equipment (SAS - Substation automation system) has pursued certain goals, such as hard wiring reduction in the substation, extended functionality, improved reliability, improved flexibility, and – probably most important – cost reduction. These goals are so universal for protection and control development that they did not lose their importance and are still applicable today. However, the recently developed technology offers new means to achieve these goals and to design better systems. This paper presents a recently designed substation protection and control system applying new technological solutions, that also converge with IEC61850 standard. Potential advantages of applied architecture and technologies are discussed.

NUMERICAL PROTECTION SYSTEM FOR AN ELECTRICAL TRANSFORMER

POPESCU LUMINITA, GROSU FLORIN, OLARU ONISIFOR

In this paper will be presented a possibility for realization of numericalprotection system, for an transformer. In fact, this system is realized from any modules: anmodule for measured of current, an module for measured of tension, an data acquisition andprocessing system realized with microcontroller and communication module.

SUBSTATIONS REFURBISHMENT AND THE INFORMATION MONITORING REQUIREMENTS AND SOLUTIONS

VIZITEU IOAN, NEDELCU ION, VIZITEU MARIA-GEORGETA

The use of information for condition monitoring of the substations refurbishment is a very important problem. The ensuring continuous supplies of electricity to customers require the improvement of the equipment operation reliability and safety as a continuous process. The constantly monitoring and the diagnose techniques can contribute, in an essential way, at an improvement of equipment reliability. We can identify in advance the deteriorating tendencies and if it is the case, respective elements can be isolated before reaching the state of total failure. The paper present the main requirements of the monitoring installations in the EHV and HV substations, different devices of monitoring primary equipments located in the substations and the Romanian solutions for power transformer and autotransformer monitoring and the web based acknowledge.
