INFLUENCE OF THE POLLUTANTS ON THE PERFORMANCES FILTERS HYDRAULICS

BOUZAOUIT A.(1), HADJADJ E. AOUEL(2), GAHGAH M.(1), BENNIS O.(3)

This work aims at characterizing the behavior of the hydraulic filters used to reduce the polluting particles contained in the hydraulic systems working to high pressure, live with aim at the pollution of the fluid employed. By analyzing the cause of the hydraulic installations breakdowns, one notes that they are caused in most of the cases by the hydraulic fluid which exceeds a threshold of pollution following an insufficient filtration. An analysis of pollution was carried out on the level of two filters on a hydraulic system (one on the discharge pipe whose pressure is about 250 bar with an filtering element of mesh x=15 ?m and a second on the return line towards the tank subjected to a pressure P = 10 bar, having meshes dimension of x = 25 ?m).This study is based on the analysis of the effectiveness, the rate of separation as well as the degree of retention of these two hydraulic filters (pressure filter and that of return) of a hydraulic system on the level of the iron and steel hot rolling mill in ARECLOR MITTAL complex in Algeria. In addition, our study is based on the method of the oils analysis by the electronic counting of the particles according to the standards (NAS 1638), and detect the relation which exists between the number of the particles selected and the differential pressure, as well as the frequency of each filter filling

GENERAL CONSIDERATION OVER EXOGENOUS GROWTH MODELS

DROB CATALIN

This study aims it's to present the main characteristics of the exogenous growth models. The exogenous growth models considerate that the long-run rate of growth is exogenously determined. The most famous exogenous growth models are the Harrod-Domar model and the Solow model. These models represent the starting point for almost all analysis of economic growth. The main limits of exogenous growth models are the fact that these models taking into account some simplifying assumptions which are not all realistic.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN MATERIAL PRODUCTS TRANSPOSITION

IVOVIĆ JELENA

For end user the quality of material product and the quality of logistic service in the transposition processes represent an integral value. In time when the material products and their transposition according to its quality, design and price are mutually more and more similar, the quality of logistic service becomes a key factor of market differentiation and determination of buyers. It is justifiably considered that the quality of logistics services presents one of the most efficient instruments of generating and increasing the total consumer value. In this paper, the subjects influencing on the material products characteristics are defined. Also defined are categories of basic products having value for the buyer only if they are available to him/her at exact certain time and at certain place. The structure of quality attribute is analysed, used for estimation of the logistic service quality. As a dominant requirement, the reliability of the logistic service, competitiveness of the structure and price, frequency of delivery and the efficiency of logistic management is specified. The logistic processes occurring at different levels are measured by the quality of service in logistics network, logistics chain and logistic system. As the indicators of the logistic processes' quality the following are analysed disposition, dispatch, transport, warehousing, and delivery. The quality analysis and improvement is possible within and between the logistic systems, where the quality problem implies the difference between the projected and real systems. The logistic system's quality is observed through two groups of components: the quality of managerial-business structure and the quality of the technical-technological structure of the system. From social point of view, the quality of logistic services has to satisfy three analysed functions: protection of environment, life and health of humans and protection of the services' users and products' consumers. For the purpose of establishing an efficient business system it is necessary to integrate all partial managements of the material products transposition into a coherent system which is the essential interest of the transposition, therewith raising the logistic services' quality and avoiding the possible conflicts within the business system.

MANAGEMENT MODELS OF LOGISTIC CENTERS IN REALIZATION OF MERCHANDISE TURNOVER FUNCTIONS

IVOVIĆ SLOBODAN, IVOVIĆ JELENA

Material products flow during the activity of merchandise turnover brings to constant increase of spatial, temporal and quantitative transformation in the transposition actions: packaging, agreement, transport, warehousing, unloading, delivery, etc. All of these activities cause enormous expenses of transporting-handling damages and great expenses of the bound capital. The proponents of merchandise flows realization are logistic centers. They are constantly investigated and analyzed with regards to the possibilities of rationalization of speeding up of the merchandise flow and total increase of the logistic center efficacy. This paper shows the distinctive logistic centers, their structure and forms of the organization. Additionally, the common characteristics and reasons for their organizing, regardless of the fact who initiated their foundation, are presented. The merchandise flows research analysis is presented through the distinctive data structure of the logistic center. The logistic centers functions are shown through connection of distribution lines, the activities' character and the services' concept. The following are analyzed as distinctive models of the logistic centers on concrete examples: distributive centers for soft drinks, terminals for liquid loads and merchandise-trading centers. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the structure of logistic flows through an appropriate form of logistic center organizing, having for their purpose the realization of the following functions: the reception of finished products, integration, palettization of the products and marking, storing of the products and the reserves, commissioning of the goods and packing, preparation for loading into road and railway traffic vehicles and containers, acceptance, storage and dispatch of a third party merchandise, loading control and regulation of moving of means of road transport, servicing, fuel supply, storage under custom's supervision and development of the systems of merchandise-transporting centers in the function of accomplishing the technological, economic and ecological purposes including the mentioned elements of transposition of the material products.

OSCILLATING SOLUTIONS OF THE EQUATION FOR SMALL VALUES OF THE COEFFICIENT a(x)

LEKIC MILENA

Canonical equation (1) has oscillating solutions, if the coefficient a(x) is positive and the function meets the Lipschitz condition. We have determined the solutions of this equation by sequence iteration method and directly proved that they are oscillating. However, in this work we have shown that the equation (1) has oscillating solutions even when the coefficient a(x) is small, when and integral diverges with a(x) which can be, but it does not have to be monotonous. If a(x) is not monotonous function, then all intervals of monotony of the coefficient a(x) should be determined. Then in each of these intervals the number and locations of zero oscillations should be also determined.

SOME ASPECTS REGARDING WIM SYSTEMS

MARDARE IRINA, TIŢA IRINA

The paper presents the main types of WIM systems, i.e. the ones already on the market, like the piezoelectric or with strain gauges systems, the optical fiber systems, existing now as prototypes and the hydraulic systems, currently on the drawing-board. Data provided by the WIM systems are very important for transporters that use the maximum road infrastructure. The continuity of the transportation between European countries and a fair-play competition demands have imposed extra accuracy on the vehicles weight control.

CONSIDERATION OF EFFECTS OF AMBIENT TEMPERATURE ON MEASURING ACCURACY OF DIAPHRAGM GAS METERS

MASSAH J.(1), MOHAMMADIFAR H.(2), KHAZAEI J.(1)

Aim of this research was to notice the effects of ambient temperature on flow rate measured meters on the medium (0.2Qmax) and maximum (Qmax) consumption flow rate. In this research, the G4 diaphragm gas meter was considered. Since this was one of the most consuming gas meters in Iran. Advantages of this research were to estimate the correct amount of using gas and calculating the correct fee for the user. It is also considered the effects of environment temperature on flow rate of measured diaphragm gas meter , which the effects of it is not mentioned in Iranian Gas Standards (IGS), and Gas Meters - Diaphragm Gas Meters-DIN EN 1359; 1993. Based on the results, cold temperature could cause more errors than warm temperature. Cold temperature did cause the meter's measurement show less amount (negative errors), and warm temperature did cause the meter's measurement show more amount (positive errors), in cold ambient the rate of error in meters at 0.2Qmax was more than Qmax, and in warm ambient the rate of error in meters at 0.2Qmax was less than Qmax.
