Abstract
The author's goal is to establish theoretical relations for the homogenization degree, arithmetical mean and dispersion (standard variance) of non - newtonian blend with variable viscosity by statistical method. The statistical method is a physical theory which is study and description the behavior of a certain non-newtonian blend composed by numerous non-newtonian phases.
