This paper present how is produced and where can be used biodiesel - the unconventional source of energy. The basic process to obtain biodiesel is the transformation of triglyceride from the vegetable and animal oils, using an alcohol. According to the studies conducted by National Biodiesel Board, the biodiesel mixed with petrodicsel can be used without modifying the construction of engine.
